These Terms of Use govern your use of the Keeply mobile application (“the app”). By downloading or using Keeply, you agree to these terms.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store or Google Play terms of service.
Keeply is a tool that helps you delete photos and videos from your own device. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to delete. Once a file is deleted from your device (and, on iOS, permanently removed from the Recently Deleted album), it may not be recoverable. Always confirm your selections before deleting, and consider backing up important media.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or media resulting from deletions you initiate within the app.
Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
